Sangha Outreach
Sakya Pandita ས་ཀྱ་པཎ་ཌི་ཏ།
Sangha Outreach is our dearest curriculum component as it enables us to help western sanghas from all traditions, all over the world. In this partnership, we translate day-to-day prayers, practices and teachings that sanghas otherwise would have had translated from English instead of directly from Tibetan.
The translation team consists of an apprentice, a supervising translator/interpreter, a Tibetan scholar, a language advisor and a person designated by the particular dharma center to make final adjustments according to their sangha’s style.
In this way, apprentices get hands-on learning experience and are able to not only acquire the technical aspects of Dharma translation, but also experience the rewards of directly serving practitioners, helping them in the path toward enlightenment.
We invite Spanish-, Portuguese- and French-speaking sanghas to request translations from us. By helping to provide these translations, our apprentices gain practical experience as they acquire the joyous opportunity to help others.

Casa Virupa - Spain
Casa Virupa is a non-monastic young community dedicated to the vision, practice and sustainment of Buddhism. The resident master is Lama Ngawang Norbu, designated lama by H.H. Gongma Trichen in 2020, at only 28 years of age. Our pillars are contemplation, meditation and retreats, as well as the intrepid vision of Buddhism, adapting it to new contexts, exploring ways of dialoguing without losing its message and its transformative function.

Karme Thegsum Tcholing - Brazil
KTT is a Buddhist meditation and practice center of the Kagyu school, and is affiliated with the Karma Triyana Dharmachakra (KTD), the North American seat of the 17th Gyalwang Karmapa.
DS translated the root text “Distinguishing Consciousness from Wisdom” from Rangjung Dorje, The Third Karmapa. -

Yeshe Khorlo International Buddhist centers were founded by H.H. 9th Ganteng Tulku Rinpoche, a principle lineage holder of the Peling traditions and president of Nyingma foundation in Bhutan.

Kangyur Rinpoche Foundation - Portugal
The activities of Kangyur Rinpoche Foundation in Portugal began in the late 2000s and uphold with its counterparts the same principles and altruistic missions that have always characterized the actions of Kyabje Kangyur Rinpoche and his family.
